Far West Magazine Giveaway Rules

Welcome to our official giveaway for Far West Magazine! Please read the full rules and guidelines to ensure your entry qualifies.

Eligibility

  • Participants must follow all steps outlined in the giveaway post, including liking, following, tagging, commenting, and sharing (if applicable).

  • Entries must align with the giveaway’s theme and spirit.

Giveaway Details

  • The giveaway prizes include Spotlight Articles for randomly selected winners and one favorite comment chosen by our team.

  • Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. Please ensure your profile settings allow messages.

Submission Review

  • While winners are selected randomly or based on the giveaway terms, all submitted Spotlight Article ideas must align with the spirit and vision of Far West Magazine.

  • If a winner’s proposed article direction does not align with our mission to celebrate the West’s creativity, culture, and essence, Far West Magazine reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Important Notes

  • The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Timeline

  • The giveaway entry period ends on January 27th at 12PM est.

  • Winners will be announced and contacted within 5 days of the giveaway closing.

How to Claim Your Prize

  • Winners will have 48 hours to respond to our direct message confirming their Spotlight Article. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

  • Once the article direction is approved, we will work closely with the winner to prepare their feature for the next issue of Far West Magazine.

Additional Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to allow Far West Magazine to share their Spotlight Article and any associated content on our platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

  • Far West Magazine reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.
